Hybrid shelters provide a combination of features found in both standard compression dock seals and dock shelters to give unique energy saving capabilities.

The following are most high quality Hybrid Shelter lines customized and manufactured by Super-Seal Manufacturing:

Standard Dock Wedge (DW), Series DW allows complete and unobstructed access to the full width and height of the trailer interior and shipping door while providing outstanding weather protection. The trailers back through the vertical pads forming a wiper seal that hugs the trailer’s sides with a header curtain that sits on top of the trailer unit, thus allowing full access to the height of the trailer. They are built to yield upon impact and are less damage prone. The resilient vertical foam pads, with removable inward vertical panels, create a tight seal that blocks out foul weather, insect, dust, dirt and may reduce pilferage while saving money on energy costs. Hybrid Shelters help productivity by increasing safety, protecting personnel, products and equipment. 

Dock Wedge Combo 2 (DW2), has all the similar features as the Standard DW Hybrid Shelter but incorporates a Rain Deflector in lieu of the standard head curtain.

Dock Wedge Combo 3 (DW3), has the similar features as the Standard DW Hybrid Shelter but incorporates an Inflatable Header System similar to the V Series.
